Sangha Knitting

24 Jan 2018 | 07:00 pm - 09:00 pm

Join us January 24 when we raise the lights in the zendo for a fun evening of mindful knitting. Yes, even knitting can be a form of meditation. If you don’t know how to knit, no worries! Come on out and join the fun, and I’ll do my best to teach the basics to make an easy square. Yes, just a square! Everyone will play a part in the making of the Buddhist flag. Each square will be combined to make the finished product. What better way to act as a sangha, then to all be a part of a wonderful project. It doesn’t matter how well you knit, just that you are enjoying and getting to know your fellow sangha members. As Hoden Sunim would say it’s all about intent.

Please RSVP to by January 17 so supplies can
be bought ahead of time.

(If you have experience, and have supplies you are willing to share, please email Dae Seong)
